Cancellation Policy

In case lockdown or covid positive you can reschedule the same package for next 1 yrs. No refund will be provided as pe hotel gudelines.
No Refund , For Cancellation between 0- 14 days
For Cancellation between 30 days or more 60% of deposite amount will be refund to you after deducting the service charge from ISLAND RETREAT HOLIDAYS
For cancellation between 15 to 30 days 50% of deposite amount will be refund to you
No cancellation will be accepted on the month Dec and Jan Due to Peak Season
